How long does UK delivery take?
Most UK orders are delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and islands may require an additional one or two business days.
Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes. We offer free UK delivery on qualifying orders. Any delivery charge that applies will be shown clearly before checkout.
Can I return my order?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must normally be unused, in their original condition and returned with the original packaging, accessories and manuals.
How do I start a return?
Contact our customer-support team before sending anything back. Include your order number, name and reason for the return. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Are all electric bikes road legal in the UK?
No. UK road legality depends on factors such as motor output, assisted speed, throttle operation and how the product is classified. Some high-powered models are intended only for off-road or private-land use. Always check the product information and current local regulations before riding.
Do electric scooters have the same legal rules as e-bikes?
No. Privately owned electric scooters are subject to different UK rules from electrically assisted pedal cycles. Use may be restricted on public roads, pavements and cycle lanes. Check current regulations before purchasing or riding.
Can you help me choose the right model?

What range can I expect from an electric bike or scooter?
Published range figures are estimates. Actual range depends on battery capacity, rider weight, terrain, speed, temperature, tyre pressure, assistance level and riding conditions.
Do your products require assembly?
Some products require final assembly and safety checks after delivery. This may include fitting handlebars, pedals, wheels, accessories or adjusting brakes. Follow the supplied manual and use a qualified technician where necessary.
Do conversion kits fit every bicycle?
No. Compatibility depends on wheel size, dropout width, brake type, frame material, cassette or freewheel type, battery space and other measurements. Check the product specifications carefully before ordering.
What warranty is included?
Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Many products include a one- or two-year limited warranty against eligible manufacturing defects. Wear, misuse, accidental damage, modifications and incorrect installation are normally excluded.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, photographs of the packaging and clear photographs or video of the damage. Keep all packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
