Shipping policy

Delivery coverage

Standard checkout delivery is currently available to England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland is not included in our current standard delivery zone. If your destination is outside the supported area, please contact us before ordering to check whether delivery can be arranged.

Standard delivery charges

Eligible orders from £50 qualify for free standard delivery to England, Scotland and Wales. Standard delivery for orders below £50 is £6.99. Available delivery options and the applicable charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery time

Orders are normally delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch. Orders are usually processed within one business day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

Tracking your order

When your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Remote locations

Delivery to remote areas, islands and some rural locations within the supported delivery area may take an additional one or two business days.

Please check that your delivery address and contact information are correct before placing your order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
