Aairsk
Aairsk GT300 250W Electric Bike - 26 Inch Blue or Black
The Aairsk GT300 is a straightforward 250W commuter electric bike — 26-inch wheels, front suspension and Shimano 7-speed gearing, in cyan or black. £429.99 with free UK delivery.
Held in UK stock, so there's no import wait and no customs charge when it arrives — typically 3–5 working days, often faster.
How fast does it go?
Assistance cuts out at 25km/h (15.5mph), the UK legal limit for an electrically assisted pedal cycle. You can pedal faster under your own effort; the motor just stops helping past that point.
How far will it go on a charge?
The 36V 10Ah battery gives an estimated 30–35km (19–22 miles) on throttle alone, or 35–55km (22–34 miles) using pedal assist. Contributing your own pedalling stretches the battery considerably.
Hills, cold weather, tyre pressure and rider weight all reduce range, so plan against the lower figure. A full charge takes around 5–6 hours.
How long will the battery last?
Expect several hundred full charge cycles — typically in the region of 500–800 for a lithium-ion pack — before capacity noticeably drops. For most riders that's several years.
Avoid leaving it flat or sitting at 100% for weeks, and charge it indoors rather than in a freezing shed.
Is it road legal in the UK?
The GT300 is built to the 250W EAPC specification with a 25km/h cut-off, which is what UK law requires for public roads and cycle paths without registration, tax, insurance or a licence.
It's supplied with a twist throttle, and throttle operation is where legality depends on the delivered configuration. Check the current GOV.UK EAPC rules before riding on public roads.
Who is it for?
This is the entry point to the Aairsk range and suits everyday commuting and leisure riding on roads and reasonable paths. Front suspension handles typical urban surfaces; if you regularly ride rough tracks or want a wider gear range for hills, the GT900 adds rear suspension and 21-speed gearing for £60 more.
