Is the L20 3.0 Boost road legal in the UK?

It has a 250W motor and assistance that stops at 15.5 mph, in line with UK electrically assisted pedal cycle rules. Riders must be 14 or over.

L20 3.0 Boost or L20 3.0 Pro?

The Boost uses a hub motor with 75Nm and a 648Wh battery. The Pro adds a mid-drive motor with 100Nm and a 720Wh battery for steeper hills and longer rides.
