UK EAPC use requires pedal assistance to cut off at 15.5 mph (25 km/h), a continuously rated motor no higher than 250W, and compliance with all other EAPC rules. Any higher-power or throttle-only mode may be restricted to private land and may require registration, insurance and licensing.
